Temple Elected APA Vice Chairperson

The board of trustees for the APA-Engineered Wood Association (APA) recently elected Tom Temple, vice president, sales and marketing at Canfor Corp. of Vancouver, B.C., to succeed Harold Stanton as vice chairperson.

Stanton, executive vice president, specialty products and sales at Louisiana Pacific (LP), announced he is retiring from LP early next year. He was elected to the APA Board in 2003 and became vice chairperson in 2005. Jeff Wagner, vice president of oriented strand board at LP, was also elected to the board to fill Stanton's vacated trustee position.
