AZEK Expands Into Canada

Scranton, Pa.-based CPG International Inc.'s (CPGI) brand AZEK® Trimboards has entered into an agreement with Guardian Building Products (Guardian) to distribute AZEK Trimboards throughout Canada.

"Our new partnership with Guardian will create distribution for the AZEK product line throughout Canada. Distribution expansion throughout Canada is an important step to extend the leadership position of AZEK Trimboards throughout North America," said Ralph Bruno, president of AZEK Trimboards /Vycom Corp.

Guardian Building Products is a subsidiary of Guardian Industries. The agreement between AZEK Trimboards and Guardian will create distribution for AZEK products in all of Guardians' 13 locations in Canada, including Edmonton, Winnipeg and Calgary.
