Two Sites Go Live at BWI

Bridgewater Wholesaler Inc.’s two facilities in Leominster, Mass., and Richmond, Va., went live on the RF Navigator Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Dashboard over the past several months. They now have four locations running the WMS.

BWI was able to go live at the Leominster site without any on-site assistance from Majure Data due to the expertise they have developed during their previous implementations. In addition, Majure Data's Dashboard allows WMS users like BWI to achieve top-level benefits more rapidly as it helps managers to stay on top of their Key Performance Indicators, which include put aways, replenishments, cycle counting and shop quantities.

Jack Cortese, president of BWI, says there are a number of benefits to the Majure Data’s WMS. The benefits include an increase in inventory accuracy; a more accurate inventory; an increase in CSR effectiveness, an increase in customer order fills; an increase in warehouse personnel productivity by reducing receiving time, reducing put away time, system directed replenishment, reduced shelf item picking time; and more.
