Chinese Moulding Manufacturer Leases Long Island Site

A manufacturer of architectural millwork based in China leased industrial space on Long Island for its first U.S. distribution center in a deal arranged by the commercial real estate services firm Sutton & Edwards Inc./TCN Worldwide.

The company, Genesis Millwork, which manufactures polyurethane architectural mouldings and architectural elements, leased 17,000 square feet at 7E Terminal Dr., West Hempstead, N.Y.

Sutton & Edwards director Tommy Tsiolis represented both Genesis and the landlord, Jordan Krown, along with Sutton senior executive director Ted Trias and Sutton & Edwards director John Orrico.
