The Empire Co. of Zeeland, Mich., has made a number of organizational management changes. Thomas B. Highley, formerly the vice president of sales and marketing for the pro dealer division, will assume the duties of company president, effective immediately. Thomas H. Highley will retain the title and responsibilities of chief executive officer and will focus on the merger-and-acquisitions growth initiatives of the company.

Also effective immediately, Dennis Berry, formerly the vice president of sales and marketing for the national home centers, will assume the role of vice president of sales and marketing for all markets.

Chap Kester, formerly eastern regional manager, will assume the newly created role of director of sales for the pro dealer division.
