Custom Window and Door Manufacturer Selects Friedman for its ERP Solution

Deerfield, Ill.-based Friedman Corp., has announced that Blairs of Scotland, a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and heritage windows and doors, has selected Friedman's Frontier® solution to enhance its already superior reputation of blending skilled craftsmanship with technology to further improve upon the company's operational processes.

Blairs specializes in make-to-order, high-quality timber windows and doors; marrying the best of tradition with leading-edge technology, in a custom-built factory on the shores of the Firth of Clyde, in Greenock, Scotland. The company has recently embarked upon a major investment plan, which will result in the doubling of its installed manufacturing capacity to 60,000 windows and doors, per annum.

To help achieve the company's aggressive growth goals, Blairs looked to Friedman Corp. to provide a comprehensive manufacturing solution to meet its specific industry needs.
