The Home Depot Names Tom Taylor Executive Vice President - Home Depot Stores Atlanta-based The Home Depot has announced that Tom Taylor, a 21-year company veteran, will assume the newly-created role of executive vice president of the Home Depot Stores. In his new role, Taylor will be responsible for execution across all U.S. and Mexico stores, and will work closely with John Costello, executive vice president of merchandising and marketing, and Carl Liebert, second vice president of operations. Taylor most recently served as president of the company's Eastern Division, the largest division of The Home Depot, consisting of more than 600 stores and 150,000 associates. Prior to that assignment, he was second vice president of the PRO Contractor Business, with primary responsibility for extending the company's services to the growing segment of professional contractors and tradespeople. Taylor also served as president of the Northwest Division and regional vice president of the Southwest Region. |
