Marino\WARE Opens Manufacturing Facility in East Chicago Marino\WARE of South Plainfield, N.J., a manufacturer of steel framing products, has opened a manufacturing facility in East Chicago. This plant will produce the company's complete line of cold formed steel construction products. The 279,000-square-foot facility will serve Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas and eastern Colorado. Unique in the industry, the manufacturing facility has railway access to accept railcar deliveries, and also provides indoor storage to protect master coils and finished goods. Leading the sales and operations at the plant are Michael Fenbert, vice president of sales, and Dave Hernandez, operations manager. The company has established a veteran sales force to serve the region. These employees include Doug Evak, regional sales manager; Kevin McCarthy and Erik Trella-outside sales; Jerry Korleski, Tom Halpin and Carrie Dankoff-inside sales. "With the opening of our third and largest facility, we are ready to provide our customers in the Mid-West with the same convenience, service and quality that our customers in the Eastern U.S. have experienced for decades," said Fred Serpico, director of marketing.
