Masonite Announces Acquisition of Minority Interest in Foreign Subsidiary

Mississauga, Ontario-based Masonite International Corp. acquired the remaining 25 percent of the shares outstanding in Kronospan Door Holdings Ltd., the parent of Masonite Czech and Masonite Poland on Friday, March 14.

“Completing the acquisition of the remaining 25 percent of our businesses in Poland and the Czech Republic solidifies our strong position in these two attractive, growing markets,” says Fred Lynch, president and chief executive officer of Masonite International.
