Parker Lumber acquires Bracht Lumber

Texas-based Parker Lumber Company, a Lanoga company, has announced the purchase of substantially all the assets of Bracht Lumber.

Bracht is a Pro Dealer yard with a strong emphasis on lumber, building materials, millwork, and retail hardware.

"We are very excited about having the Bracht team join our company. The Bracht and Parker teams share the same hometown lumber yard values," said Parker president, Scott Parker.

Susie and Bryan Bracht said," The combination of our current business along with the capital and operating support from Parker-Lanoga will allow us to expand and grow our company at a faster rate and give our 88 employees more opportunity for personal growth."

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
