Royal Mouldings Limited of Marion, Va., has announced that Arthur J. Ramey has been named president and chief operating officer (COO).

Ramey has been an employee of Royal Mouldings for 31 years and has held various sales and marketing positions during that time. Under Ramey's leadership, Royal Mouldings has had successful growth, made a conversion from a wood moulding company to plastics, introduced new products, entered into new markets and created brand recognition for the company's products. He has advanced from previous management positions to vice president of sales and marketing, president of Donner Mouldings and Millwork, executive vice president of sales and marketing and now president and chief operating officer of Royal Mouldings. Ramey will assume responsibilities for the day-to-day activities of Royal Mouldings.

Ramey has two daughters, three sons and seven grandchildren. He resides in Abingdon, Va., with his wife Carolyn. He enjoys music, boating and fishing, and is a community leader involved with many church and charity organizations.
