Stock Acquires Another

October 16, 2006, Stock Building Supply acquired the assets of commercial and residential window distributor and installer - Lee Window & Door Company (Lee).

In 2005 (year ending December 31st), Lee had a total revenue of $8.3 million and gross assets of $0.9 million.

Stock also acquired Albuquerque, N.M.-based Perfection Truss Co. Inc. in October of this year. In the year ended March 31, 2006, Perfection had a revenue of $6.4 million and gross assets of $2.0 million.
