Vinyl Window Technologies, or ViWinTech, of Paducah, Ky., has announced plans for a $1.8 million expansion to their manufacturing facility in Paducah. The expansion includes creating nearly 225 new jobs over the next three years, adding six loading docks as well as new and updated equipment, building on to the existing facility and purchasing an adjacent building for a total of 60,000 additional square feet.

"We currently employ about 250 workers in our manufacturing plant," said Ken Barman, director of sales and marketing. "We've steadily added to our sales staff and now with the sales growth we've experienced over the past year, we're ready to nearly double our manufacturing efforts."
