Vycom Corp. Changes Its Name

Scranton, Pa.-based Vycom Corp., parent company of AZEK® Trimboards, is being renamed AZEK Building Products Inc. to reflect the company's continued growth in the building products industry, according to a company release.

"This name change reflects the dynamic business in which we are continuing to grow and be identified as the leader in branded, low-maintenance exterior building products," said Ralph Bruno, president, AZEK Building Products Inc. "Other than the name change, the personnel, direction and mission of our company, to be the leading brand of exterior building products, remain the same."

AZEK Building Products Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CPG International, operates two of the largest trim manufacturing facilities in the world and owns the AZEK Trimboards brand.
