Concentrating their efforts in building brand awareness and creating loyalty by exceeding service expectations throughout the process of installation, their sales volume has substantially increased. During that period, the need for a second location became apparent. To continue to increase visibility as a brand and to better serve both current and future customers, the accessibility of a Woodward Avenue location in Bloomfield, Mich., made perfect sense for Windowcraft Inc.
A large selection of the Windowcraft Inc. product line will be showcased at the 1,600-square-foot, state-of-the-art Bloomfield Design Center. Exclusive to Windowcraft Inc. are its Eagle and Dynamic window and door lines. Those, in addition to Woodharbor, Sun Mountain, Heartwood and IWP, will be featured in the new space. High-end decorative hardware and their premium millwork collections featuring plaster moldings, hand-carved wood moldings and appliqués will also be displayed.
