Windsor Mill of Windsor, Calif., a leading manufacturer of high-quality specialty lumber, molding and millwork, has named Gregg Sitton as director of sales operations.

In this position, Sitton works closely with the sales and marketing directors, operating and overseeing the sales operations and participating with marketing and business development opportunities. Additionally, Sitton plays a key role in implementing the company's sales and marketing visions and detailed plans for the business.

Prior to joining Windsor Mill, Sitton worked with Bosch Tool Co., Mount Prospect, Ill., for almost nine years. As regional manager of business development, he focused on attaining new business for Bosch by working with end-users and getting them to convert their tools to the Bosch brand.

Sitton also held positions as national sales trainer and manager of marketing events. Sitton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, Calif. and will be relocating to California in October.
